HVAC Overview:  All 4-restaurants were complete building renovations and remodels of existing facilities converted into new modernized Toppers Pizza restaurants.  At all 4-locations, ABC assisted with the mechanical design and layout, installed all new custom exposed sheet metal ducting, worked closely with the contractor and customer to give each location that unique open industrial look.  Installed all new York Rooftop Package Heating & Air Conditioning units, new rooftop ducting, and new thermostat controls.
