Location: Building PM565 Hanger
Prime Contractor: Soltek Pacific
Budget Cost: $1,393,000 (Bonded)
Completed: 2018
HVAC Overview: This was a full-scale building renovation that required all new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. This project consisted of installing 7-new large Aaon Custom-Built Rooftop Package Units with hot water heating coils, installed over 50K pounds of all new interior sheet metal ductwork, almost 80-VAV boxes, all accessories and controls. Installed all new rooftop exhaust fans and 22-Mitsubishi VRF Split Systems throughout the building. This project took over a year to complete.
