Completed: June 2014

HVAC Overview:  This was an emergency HVAC critical replacement project for a large multi-tenant 22-story high rise building in downtown Oxnard, that was slated to be completed over a weekend.  The project was to demo and remove the 2-existing cooling towers from the building, then furnish and install two new 275-Ton Stainless Steel Custom Built BAC Cooling Towers for the central chiller plant that feeds the entire 22-story building, install all new 6″ steel piping, Variable Frequency Drives, new electrical and controls, all in less than 3-days.  The project started on Friday evening after hours, and since the entire building was shut down during repairs, it was critical the project was completed before the next business day.  A methodical strategy was put in place and with no room for error, the outcome was a perfectly executed plan.  The project was completed by Sunday evening and the building was fully operational for Monday morning with minimal interruption for the tenants.
